OFFICE HOURS
Claims expenses for the 2024 calendar year must be submitted to the Welfare Plan office by the end of March, 2025.
8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. During the Canada Post strike, reimbursement or payment cheques due to members will be held at the office until the strike is over, and then mailed. Members can come to our office during opening hours to pick up cheques if they wish to do so.
The office will be closed for the holiday season from Thursday December 24th to Monday January 1st. We will reopen on Tuesday January 2nd to members.
