What ALAViDA members say…

“I like that ALAViDA is based on harm reduction, and optional abstinence. Thinking about abstinence is overwhelming and it feels unattainable. This approach seems more reasonable and better for me.”

“I really do appreciate the help and support ALAViDA has provided me over the past few months. I really don’t think there’s any way I’d have been able to achieve what I have without the support of my care team.”

“This has not only changed my relationship with drinking but it has also changed my relationship with life. I am emotionally and mentally stronger than ever and now looking forward to the next chapter of my life, which is retirement!”

“ALAViDA really helped me to address my drinking and my lack of self-care and this has grown into a much wider and deeper look at my overall health.”
