MEMBERS DEATH BENEFIT

For Plan A Members:

The plan will pay up to a $10,000.00 bereavement benefit to the beneficiary or relative of the deceased member who pays the funeral expenses.

A paid receipt is required. Any dispute on this benefit will be finally decided by the plan trustees.
